After you install the app, Press on any blank space of your iPhone screen, select the plus arrow on the top left corner do you add a widget. Scroll down and select Rest Rise Grow. Scroll over to the large widget and click the "Add Widget" button. Then enjoy our widgets with positive affirmations and beautiful scenes from nature each time they glance at your phone! I know it boosts my mood every time I see it!
