We have updated the Rest Rise Grow motivational alarm clock app for Thanksgiving. This new version includes a widget with messages of thankfulness, gratitude and affirmations. We love how it changes out the affirmations at the right speed so we can say the affirmation aloud.  The Rest Rise Grow sleep app and most positive sleep app is available now in the Apple App Appstore.
